The ROM&ND Better Than Eyes are four-shade eye shadow palettes featuring matte and glittery formulations in colours inspired by dried flowers. The fine and smooth particles are formulated with oil-blotting ingredients for all day wear. Now available in this "Hanbok Series", which features warm and cool tones inspired by the gloss, colours, and lines of the Korean traditional garment, hanbok.

Directions

Apply directly onto eyelid using a blending brush or sponge tip. To produce a more iridescent effect and minimise fallout, use fingertip to pat colour onto eyelid.
