The ROM&ND Better Than Eyes are four-shade eye shadow palettes featuring matte and glittery formulations in colours inspired by dried flowers. The fine and smooth particles are formulated with oil-blotting ingredients for all day wear. Now available in this "Milk Edition", which features light pastel tones to create loveable eye makeup looks!

Directions

Apply directly onto eyelid using a blending brush or sponge tip. To produce a more iridescent effect and minimise fallout, use fingertip to pat colour onto eyelid.
